What the Troops think: Dark Warriors

FROSTY, Dark Warriors Capital – Today we bring to you the first edition of “What the Troops Think” on our CPO Army League Website and this edition will focus on the top ranked Army of the Week, the Dark Warriors.

Dark Warriors at the top

With the recent surge in the Dark Warriors universal top 20 rankings (which you can read about here) they could once again find themselves towards the top of the mountain in this week’s upcoming rankings. With recent sizes such as 100+ at Thursday’s stamp event and 90+ at this morning’s Ausia space squid takeover, It’s a quite clear Freezie, Megann, Bee, and Noa have awoken this Legendary army to sizes which were unthinkable when created by Ambrosha back in 2007.

DW maxing 100+

In this edition of What the Troops think, I hope to unravel the thoughts of some of the most important members of any army, the troops. Today I will be interviewing Dark Warrior troops Luna, Trial Guardian, and Cassie, Dark Lord. Both Relatively new to the army community, It’s important to factor in how their new recruits are feeling coming into the community.

Interview with Luna, DW Trial Guardian

Regan: When did you join the Dark Warriors?

Luna: I joined Dark Warriors on the fifth of April, so I am still quite new!

Regan: What do you feel helps the Dark Warriors stand out in the ways the army is run?

Luna: Definitely the members themselves. Anytime someone new enters, there is a welcoming community that makes sure our new warriors feel safe and included, and that helps them attend events!

Regan: Do you think DW can remain at the top of the Universal top 20 for the foreseeable future and why?

Luna: Of course! The Dark Warriors are not just an army, we are a family for everyone. We are so inclusive which attracts new members and keep old warriors intrigued, and willing to carry on with their job. We are continuously going up in numbers for all ranks, and that’s fantastic to see!

Regan: If given the leadership role for one day, what would you do differently?

Luna: If I was given leadership for a day, I would try and make sure to answer as much questions as possible. It may not be so different, but I would put in a special effort to bring enjoyment for our warriors at DW!

Regan: What has been your most memorable DW memory since joining?

Luna: My most memorable DW memory has to be my first event. I joined before an event where the community gets to lead the tactics, and I was essentially shaking while putting my name to lead tactics! But, everyone was so supportive. I truly felt like DW was a family, and my time at the rest of DW has been inspired by how I was treated then.

Regan: Any final comments?

Luna: I would like to thank my fellow staff and to say “DW FOREVER”!

Interview with Cassie, DW Dark Lord

Regan: When did you join the Dark Warriors?

Cassie: Oh wow, must be just over a month now, I think.

Regan: What do you feel helps the Dark Warriors stand out in the ways the army is run?

Cassie: I personally think the leaders and staff have such a great connection with their recruits. I’ve never seen such a lovely and wholesome community before. DW feels like a second family not just to me but to so many of our recruits.

Regan: Do you think DW can remain at the top of the Universal top 20 for the foreseeable future and why?

Cassie: I don’t just think that it can, I know it will. During this month I have been here, our army has grown so much and I don’t think it’s slowing down. Our recruits lately are more motivated than ever, so I definitely see a bright future for DW.

Regan: If given the leadership role for one day, what would you do differently?

Cassie: Hahah, oof. Complete honesty, I wouldn’t take it, I don’t think anyone could work harder then our current leaders. They are truly dedicated to their army and I can only hope to one day to be as hardworking as they are.

Regan: What has been your most memorable DW memory since joining?

Cassie: Only one? That’s pretty impossible, tbh. I have a literal folder on my desktop titled “DW Memories” just full of screenshots from so many good times. I could name countless of jokes, pranks or events that have been so memorable and put the widest smile on my face during these rough times.

Regan: Any final comments?

Cassie: I really am extremely thankful to DW for being a part of my life and now even being part of staff. I’ve never been part of a community that’s just so accepting of me and I just can’t wait to see what my future with them holds :yellow_heart:
